We offer refunds for returns on all full-price items within 30 days of the date of purchase. On sale items, we offer a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Our products come with warranty that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
- Full-priced items & sale items can be returned for a full refund on the product.
- We must receive the items within 28 days of receiving your order.
- The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at your expense.
- If a refund is made, it will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card, less the shipping cost.
- All items must be returned in their packaging in perfect condition. Please use the outer brown box to ensure items aren’t damaged in transit.
- To help process your refund or exchange quickly, please include the original invoice that comes with the shipment and details about the return/exchange.
- We cannot refund any shipping or customs charges, however, you may be able to recover costs by contacting your local customs office.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We provide an easy to use returns system for you to request your return! You only require three pieces of information to request your return:
- Order ID # (found on your purchase invoice email)
- Email address used to place the original order
- Reason for return
Email this to our customer service team and they will be in contact shortly.
You will be required to send the item/s back to us at the provided address and pay for applicable shipping costs. It typically takes 3 – 5 business days for returns to be processed once received by our team. You will be notified by email once your return has been finalised.
DO I NEED TO PAY TO SHIP MY RETURN BACK?
Yes, you will need to cover the costs to send your order back to our returns department.
