Returns Policy

We offer refunds for returns on all full-price items within 30 days of the date of purchase. On sale items, we offer a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Our products come with warranty that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

  • Full-priced items & sale items can be returned for a full refund on the product.
  • We must receive the items within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at your expense.
  • If a refund is made, it will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card, less the shipping cost.
  • All items must be returned in their packaging in perfect condition. Please use the outer brown box to ensure items aren’t damaged in transit.
  • To help process your refund or exchange quickly, please include the original invoice that comes with the shipment and details about the return/exchange.
  • We cannot refund any shipping or customs charges, however, you may be able to recover costs by contacting your local customs office.


We provide an easy to use returns system for you to request your return! You only require three pieces of information to request your return:

  • Order ID # (found on your purchase invoice email)
  • Email address used to place the original order
  • Reason for return

You will be required to send the item/s back to us at the provided address and pay for applicable shipping costs. It typically takes 3 – 5 business days for returns to be processed once received by our team. You will be notified by email once your return has been finalised.
